NNNN.INFO worth buying right now?

With all the craze right now in NNN and LLL .info's, is NNNN.info worth buying too? There's only 9000 total since 0-999 are all gone and I guess another 1000 if you include the NNNN's that start with 0. But that's nothing if you consider that more than half of them are already taken, the price on .INFO is lower than any other domain extension, AND I believe the spill over from NNN will attract new buyers here. Not sure where you can check the total number of NNNN.info left, but lets say 50% or 5000(including 0's), at a price of less than $4, that's $20,000 which is nothing.

Thoughts on this?

.info never took off, I think should not invest into this but then this market is just too unpredictable.

I think .info was premature, just like .mobi(another thread I started talks about this) with regards to the tech bubble that occurred in 1999-2001 and .info is more relevant now than when it was first introduced. As well, numbered domains are the big craze these days. There's nothing left in NNNN on the TLD's.

I just think for the price, it's worth it for a domainer to buy a few of these. $20 at GD gets you 5 NNNN .info if you hand reg. If things continue pace, you can sell even one of those next year for $20 minimum. Too many buyers, too little inventory. That's my 2 cents.

I just did a sample. Using domainsbot, I went through 1000-1300(anything below 1000 is long gone) and there were only 18 available. Of those 18, 5 were "premium" or did not include number 4. So I picked them up :D. Going to keep going through and acquire more. Through GD is so cheap to buy them, why wouldn't someone add 5-10 in their domain portfolio right now. Paid less than $20 for the 5 I hand reg'd.

Where do you go to find which domains are registered in bulk form. I would love to see what's available from 1000-9999, but I cannot check without manually putting them in.

.info is losing its shine and .info don't have much demand in China compared to extensions like .net .cc. cn etc. I don't know about bubble. But 5N.info will have no value IMO. I even doubt 4N.info!

These buyouts are different..not typical...its a new picture. It seems like a million offline domainers in China with herd mentality mass regging/buying. WHat happens after that? hmm.

yeah i think you have to be careful of going out and regging hundreds and then not being able to shift them on. maybe buy and sell a few quick is the way to go

I think it also has to do with the fact that .info is a TLD and it's the most discounted by far. Like I said in a prior post, if all NNNN's from 1000-9999 were available to hand reg right now, you could buy them all on GoDaddy for less than $50,000 including ICANN fee's. When you have a world market accessing this extension and specific domain name range, it won't last long.

If your dealing with LLLL or mixed NLNL combo's, your in the 6-7 figure availability. But numbers are unique. specific, there are only so many available. Not saying .info will be worth huge, but for the price, a domainer would be wise to spend at least $20 and add a few to their account. I'm buying now and waiting until mid 2016, which is when I believe the price will increase and all NNNN.info's will be gone.
