Newbie to Domain biz..

Hi there,
just yesterday I obtained youbotox(.)com and and i'm making my first steps to the business. I did some studying through the forum so I decided to park in at Sedo. What's the next step? Should I be patient and wait? Selling it for a small amount of money if it worths it would be nice for a beginning. I think I made an auction in sedo but i'm not sure and I don't see any interest about it..Are any links to it generated automatically by Sedo or do I have to do it? I was advised to create a blog and link it to my domain so it has some traffic. Is this a good idea?

If it's not natural traffic, then it isn't worth as much.
