Hi everyone,
I'm hoping I can get some ideas on effective places to sell lower end domains quick. I know there are no guarantees but just looking for the best possible chance to get rid of some years of domain name collections.
Many years ago I was buying domains and building websites and my collection grew faster than my interest in continuing to create. I'm too busy for all of that now so I'm hoping to just scrape up something for these in a place that will give me the best chance at some exposure to my names.
I tried godaddy auctions years ago and that all got quite confusing. I didn't understand how the cruddiest of names were getting front page exposure with several bids to boot. My names were definitely better quality.
I appreciate any help I can get with this.
Thanks so much!

Thank you so much! I have been looking at Atom and BrandBucket but I've been reading about people not doing well with them. At the same time, I know this is all a waiting game. I'm going to check out the marketplace here now.
Appreciate your help!

So, I've had several names listed with Sedo for years now, never done one of their auctions. Have you had some luck with that? On the visibility end?

At minimum, list on Afternic and Sedo.

If you have really good brandable domains, try Atom.com

If you have really really really good domains, you probably wouldn't be asking this question.

Hello there! Try Afternic, Dan, or NameLiquidate for quick sales. Pricing competitively and using BIN pricing helps move names faster.

DAN stopped as a marketplace. Do not create these answers.

No one knows.
It also depends on the name.
You can also do some testing by switching DNS after a week or two to see which one will work for you.
1st week Afternic
2nd week Sedo
3rd week Atom
etc...

If youโ€™re trying to sell cheaper domains quickly,Afternic is a great place to start. It has a big network of resellers and the Fast Transfer feature helps your domains show up to GoDaddy buyers. Dan.com is also a good option if you just want to set a buy-now price and let the system handle everything, including payments.Just try to keep your prices realistic, and tools like NameBio can help you with that. You can also get more attention by sharing your best names on Twitter or in domain-related Facebook groups

I don't know how you generate this information, but DAN.com has been shut down for a while now. Sellers can no longer list their domains there. Make sure you double check your information!

Based on my experience, my domain sold on Dynadot marketplace and Namecheap marketplace.

It's like after 4-7 months I registered before it sold.

The only downside is both only accept withdrawal if the balance reaches $100, my advice is to keep the price somewhat high but it's reasonable.

Tried Afternic but it's still doesn't have sales based on like 15 listing I have, I only lists brandable domain names with one-word or two-word only .com extension.
