New Rev. Source for Domains Coming

Taking advantage of bounced emails with CPA offers, and in the future with PPC links.

It would seem to me that this would work best on expired traffic in terms of sheer numbers of emails, but not sure about the conversions.

I won't attempt to guess how much this would make, but a least we have some positive news for a change. :)

Thanks guarddragon, but there are many others here that probably know as much or more than me, especially ones that have early "Join Dates". The seem often to know some things I don't. But you can even learn from NOOBS ...... nobody knows everything.

Wow... this service will be very good. Brilliant idea. Imagine amounts of email that previous email company get per day? That will be a lot. Now they know where to get revenue. Should i start an email company? LOL
What if one day even the biggest email company like YahooMail, Gmail and Hotmail forcefully activate auto responder for all their emails. That will be a big spam area if unguided.

Even though this might be profitable I could see the need for being super careful about setting up the email on certain domains. Simple setup of the email might be construed to be a sign of bad faith intentions in a TM case or UDRP.

Never thought about how much mis-sent emails my domain names are receiving. :o

Whether it's a good idea or not, it's highly likely ReplyCycle's MTAs will be blacklisted in short order due to abuse.

And to make matters worse, I doubt ReplyCycle will filter too much on the front-end because they have little incentive to do so, especially if they are selling advertising based on impressions / email addresses collected.

And for domainers, use of such a service could be problematic, if their domain name is shown in the bounced ad-filled email possibly leading to their domain / host being blacklisted.

With all that said, ReplyCycle may be worthwhile and profitable in some instances. But in my experience using custom 550 bounce messages (with Sendmail, etc one can already do some of what ReplyCycle advertises), senders do read bounces, but I'd wager most aren't going to be happy to get an ad back - some corporate-based senders may get so angry, believing their misdirected email has been intercepted, that they'll get their legal team involved...

And yes, people do take email that seriously - surely most everyone here has received / sent emails with long disclaimers at the bottom about it being confidential, only intended for intended recipients, etc.

Hello All!!

Thanks for the post and also for the comments. We really appreciate them. As you know, word of mouth is the biggest thing in any business.

We are really excited about ReplyCycle and it is going to help drive a new source of revenue for all those involved. So far our tests have shown huge promise.
Also, thanks to NamePros for having us on the forum. We are happy to be part of the board. If you have any questions we are ready to answer.
Thanks again!!!
Kind Regards,
Dan

Corporate level this is awesome like the example they used for Verizon.

On a domainers level this just makes us look like cyber-squaters +1! Plus its just going to end up spamming the spammers that spam us. Useless on our level IMO but very usefull from a company's standpoint. -1 for ad placement LOL IMO of course!

It seems to me that the worth of the service, from a domainers standpoint, will depend entirely how it is implemented.
