Favorite Source for Domains?

With so many different sources to search for potentially profitable domains from, it seems almost impossible to keep good tabs on all of them, so I got to thinking earlier today as a newbie might.

If you could use only one source to register domains from for all of your domaining, what source would you use and why would you choose that one?

By source, I mean like Sedo would be a source, or Flippa would be a source, GoDaddy Auctions, namepros marketplace, e-bay, expired domain lists, hand regging new domains, etc....

Personally, I think I would choose the expired domains list. If someone thought a domain was worth registering at some point in time, then it may have some value. It also seems like the best source to snag some really high quality domains if you are on the ball.

I was just browsing the expired domains list today and was inspired to reg a few and get back into domaining. I think it's a really valuable resource. I'd definitely choose it.

I guess most people don't want to share their favorite sources? Fair enough.

I also vouch for expired domain lists, if you choose the good ones from all the dozens of thousands of garbage domains... :)

namepros has been one of the best sources for names.

Expired domain lists and then buying here on NamePros.com. The auctions at NP can provide some really cheap domains from time to time, but it takes me more time at NP that using expired domain lists.

Gold? Nahh... well maybe a few gold flakes here and there. I am still a relative newbie. But I have actually had my best sales result from hand-regged domains. But I really enjoy going through the expired domains lists and searching for gold nuggets there. I just need to get my process down to do it a little faster.

I have found some tools that help in searching expired domains lists, but I bet some people out there have some really juicy secrets/methods they are using. That be where the gold is!

Lol, it really isn't that bigger a secert...

Check out snapnames.com and I use namejet.com

Make sure you read the process before you start getting involved though, number one suggestion :P I told this one guy about namejet and he said he won the domain and didn't get it... turns out he had the highest back order amount with 40 other people, and didn't go to the auction... >_>

Namecatch.com and Ziggery.com are absolute Godsends...but you have to be aware that many other people are looking at the exact same names.
