discuss New Google Keyword Planner

Hi Everyone,

For recent couple weeks Keyword Planner doesn't show precise number of search volume like it always did, but it shows the range, eg.:

Keyword: "abu dhabi currency"
Avg. monthly searches: 10K – 100K

I never used it as a foundation for appraisals but I liked to know the number to have better insights on a keyword.
Do you know how to get the precise number, either at Google or elsewhere? Paid estibot package would be the only option now to get these data?

The only way to get the accurate figures now is to have an active adwords campaign....so basically they want you to spend money with them to get full access to the data

They're the ones paying to maintain and update it. Their toys, their rules.

This has been discussed here in a few threads already. I'd say 10K-100K is also quite a good estimation. The old "exact" numbers were not that exact anyway.

And if you are going to pay, i would rather pay to Google than to Estibot.
