opinion New Domains reflecting "Distancing", are they here to stay?

Over the last 4 to 6 weeks I've probably registered 30-40 domains that would have never crossed my mind if not for the Corona Virus.

Most of my domains involve the food/restaurant industries, but some involve healthcare, legal and financial services. COVD19 seems to impact most aspects all of our economy in one way or another.

I know it's a matter of opinion, but I'd like to hear yours. And if "distancing" domains are now part of your portfolio, how do you plan to sell them? Thanks
