NetworkSolutions has removed domain from my account which I had got from namejet.com auction

I had won a domain from namejet auction for 2700$.

It is up for renewal 29 May 2020. Now when I logged into networksolutions.com account the domain isnt showing up!

What should I do? I pinged their support and tweeted to. No response

Update: Adding more info: I have domain since 6+ months and website is running. The DNS are still mine.

Call them on the phone during business hours. If you did not get that name for some reason you would have received a refund.

Still the domain has my DNS only.

Sure will call them in working hours.
