Network Solutions Transfer

I had some domains transfered into my Network Solutions account as the old owner was using NS

How soon can I transfer out to Enom? is it 60 days from the date the domain was transfered into my NS account

If the domains were pushed from one netsol account to your account at netsol then you should be able to transfer them away if they are not recent reg's.

If the domains where Transfered from his NetSol account to your netsol account then I think you will have to wait around 60 days before you can transfer it again out to another register.

I say 61, because you still can't transfer on day 60. lol So if it's updating to a new email address, push (changed email address to new owner) or transfered, all involve a change to the registrant email addy.

would I need to turn this off before I transfer out?

No you should not have to. You should still get the epp codes via your email address listed as the registrant.
