1) Yes, It's available for transfer but at Netfirms only
To get the special transfer price, you must log into your Netfirms account and transfer domains with https://www.netfirms.com/controlpanel/domaincentral/3.0/RegistrarTransfer.bml
2) Netfirms does allow for bulk transfer in DomainCentral.

transfers are netfirms only
you can enter bulk names and codes, but you still need to accept via email one by one, entering the codes one by one into emails also.
