Negative Reps (yes again...)

How come the negative reps no longer work? I noticed I have not gottemn one in a long time and I know some people would have given me some.

I talked to another member that use to get them to and he says he hasnt gotten one in a long time too.

If I remember right I was told the neg reps were now moderated by someone. Because peopel were sending nasty words through it. I am guessing also it was done this way because some people were complaining about the bad reps they got.

Can we please return the rep system to how it was? If someone abuses it by sending something thats against the sites rules than thats what the warnings are for. If someone gets a bad rep point and complains then tell them to think before they post if they dont want a bad rep point. Then close the thread.

If it cant go back or the admins/mods dont want ti the old way then please remove it as now its misleading.

I remember there was a thread in which it was suggested that the system be removed as a whole...

that and sometimes positive reps don't go through -or- it tells you to spread it around some..even though it's been ages since you last gave rep.
