Giving and Receiving Reps?

Can anyone tell me more about "reps" and how they can be given/received, and where I might get some to give. I don't know why I'm not getting this? I understand NP$ well enough, and trader ratings, yeah, but have queried the board here for information about "reps" and come up with nothing. I see people "giving reps" i.e. after receiving a domain name appraisal. Can anyone help me to understand this?

If you look at the lower left corner of each post, you will see the checkmark. click on it and a window will pop up and you can give rep.

So ye, reps are recieved when you are helpfull to somebody. Best not to "ask" for rep, but you can post something like...rep apprecieated...

The more rep you have, the more of those green bars you will get under your name.

Additionally, an itrader ads 10 rep points to your account. Hope this helped

of your screen, click it and scroll down, you'll
see your own accumulated rep comments and points.
