Need layout/template designer

I need a designer to create a simple but professional looking template for a hunting (whitetail deer and turkey) inspired site.

Site Name: Four Seasons Outfitters
Color Scheme: white main background, everything else should fit with hunting theme.

Looking for a simple design: header graphic and a menu (up to 10 links) on the left side

Only have $25-30 to work with, so not looking for anything extreme, just a good looking simple design.

I have decided to go with a design sample that Patriot has showed me. Fits very well with the theme of the project.
