Im looking for a reliable and serios designer who can design the following for me:

1) Template for one of my sites: The site will be selling domain names. The template is quite simple to make. Budget: $40

2) Graphic/Template: I have many domain names and I no longer wana park these domains. I want to put a Graphic/Template on them saying: This Domain Name is For Sale....etc Budget: $10

3) Vbulletin Skin Coded: Im working on a new forum and I need a custom skin for it fully coded. Budget: $150
