A 1 page simple site template with Naruto theme.
It should consist of a header graphic.

template layout can be:
- top header, left menu, right content, bottom footer
Or
- top header, center body, bottom footer
Or
- whatever logical layout

The header graphic must have psd.

Unless the layout is impressive, you can negotiate for more.
