We're looking for a high end designer to create layered .psd's for a full site design. This is not a low end "mini site".

What is required includes:

Logo
Index Page Design
Content Template Design
Members Section Template Design
Fully Custom PHPBB Skin
Fully Custom WordPress Theme

Coding is not required.

We are looking for a responsive & reliable designer with a well established portfolio that can complete this design project in good time and with high quality.
