Need Designer

I am looking for a designer to do a very simple mock-up of a skin. I am looking to skin this tutorial script. Here is a demo

All I really need is a design of the main page. (You can follow the same layout, just give it a "face lift"). I am looking for this to be done for $50, although I can negotiate it.

Do you want this coded for just a PSD design? Also, To what extent do you want it designed, e.g. do you want your own logo or just a place holder?

If i find some free time tomorrow (possible but not for sure) I may be able to knock something up.
