Need help

Hi everyone,
Today i recived an email from Namecheap, telling me that two of my domains are going to auto renew.
Expires on: jul 5 2016 .
Auto renewal on: jun 30 2016
Problem is that those domains i purchased less than a month ago. I tried to contact them but couldn't find their email.

Did you register them or purchase them from someone else ?

I registered them on Namecheap.

Sounds like it might be an error/bug in their system. I haven't heard of this happening before though....

I spoke with their live support and problem was in private email that had 2 months trial.
It's fixed, thank you equity78 for your help.
