If I am seeing this on a domain whois

Record expires on 06-Jun-2006.
Record created on 06-Jun-2000.
Database last updated on 11-Jul-2006 02:35:10 EDT.

when will it be available if they don't renew?

If the name is at Network Solutions, it will go up for auction at www.snapnames.com before entering the actual drop process. The highest bidder will get it there, but if no one bids it will expire and drop natually. Assuming no one bids at Snap, it will probably drop in mid August.

Thanks RJ, I stumbled onto it by accident...
I think it is at Network Solutions though and it's
a PR4, so no doubt it will get picked up I think...
