Could we cancel autoRenew at GoDaddy

Just realize got two domains expired today and the auto renew is set to ON. Then GD just send me email that they already charged me for automatic renew that two domains.

But i dont want to renew with that Price, $10.69 each. Could I void the renewal ?

I believe you can cancel the renewals that have already taken place if it has just been done. Fastest way would be to call godaddy and have it done.
For any other domains you might have at godaddy, remove the auto-renewal feature and you will get emails when the time to renew approaches.

Just phone GD at billing division and they said they will avoid the renewal.

Learn from this lesson, I think I will pay more attention to Auto Renewal on GD.

I feel that they are often "accidentally" switched back on even after you turn them off. Over the years I've had several domains auto renew that I was sure weren't on autorenew before the date arrived. Not a service I'm all that fond of.

I recently renewed a domain that was somehow accidentally 'date consolidated' and it only extended the domain for several months instead of an entire year.
