you are a funny guy manmonacoflats.com looks good but I think apartment is more common these days, I rarely hear Flats.
You can try to market it to realestate and hotels companies, but for now, I dont see someone paying more than $20-$45 for it, and that is MAX![]()

no problam man everybody have opinion.. thanks for yoursDondurma, you didnt like the appraisal or what man ?
Here is a google search using the terms monaco flats. https://www.google.com/search?q=mon...rceid=chrome&es_sm=93&ie=UTF-8#q=monaco+flats
Notice something clearly, that all the results are the word "Apartment" and it is even made bold, indicating that it is replacement of the word "Flat"
Good luck though![]()
Didn't know it was dropped.. Thanks for information.. Well I was thinking maybe do some partnership with trip advisor or something like that.. Thanks for opinionFlat is British English.
I think the name is not bad, however...
So I am not sure there is a lot of demand for a name like this. On the other hand, Monaco must have a tiny but thriving luxury real estate market. This should be a decent name for (upscale) short-term rentals. I am not familiar with local conditions. Perhaps you should develop it and not wait for a buyer. While the name is OK, that does not automatically guarantee a sale.
- it's taken only in .com
- it's been registered and dropped in the past: http://www.hosterstats.com/historicaldns.php?domain=monacoflats.com
- it's apparently been available for 2 years until you registered it, it is suspect because a good domain normally does not stay unregistered for so long
- monacoapartments.com is taken but it's a one-page site that looks like a MFA. The .net is parked.
Personally I don't think I would have registered it, because I am not sure I can make good use of it.
i already got a deal with them..People get attached to domains like people get attached to animals, its crazy. Understandably, it may sound like a good domain name, but you have to look at the facts. I learnt this the hard way, and continue to learn this haha.
I would do some more research if its worth developing - And btw, trip advisor wont do a partnership with you just because you have a domain name that is related to Monaco.
Good luck tho!
