I do not know what price to suggest , but i'll not agree to sell it lower then 100 $ , and if you can sell it for more you'll get more (40%) so you can determine the price yourself

If it were mine, I'd also accept that price immediately ... as there may be potential โ„ข issues here, IMHO.
All the best!

I 've read tm rules and I can register that domain name and it is legal , tm means Registered Trademark and in this case registered trademark is ''Ebay" not and ''forumebay'' so there can't be any tm issues. For example I can't register domain www.ebay.us or any other extension this will cause tm issues.

Good Luck

^^ Not exactly that cut and dried ... really depends on what you - or any potential buyer - plans on doing with it in the future, if developed / active site / even parked/affiliated IMHO.
The โ„ข possibility is there, and this will limit its potential reselling upside, in my view.
Best of Luck.

ebay has previously won against similar derivatives of its name:

ebaylive.com & ebaystores.com - http://arbiter.wipo.int/domains/decisions/html/2001/d2001-0259.html

"ebay4sex.com" and "ebaysexauction.com" - http://arbiter.wipo.int/domains/decisions/html/2000/d2000-1632.html

ebaykorea.com - http://arbiter.wipo.int/domains/decisions/html/2000/d2000-1633.html

gayebay.com - http://arbiter.wipo.int/domains/decisions/html/2001/d2001-0068.html

There are many more examples, but the bottom line is that ebay is a well-known brand and they have the means to enforce their TM. To keep this domain will require a lot of work on your part, and there are no guarantees.

Think again, eBay was after a few names I owned simply because they contained the word/term " Bay " they lost the battle as they have no claim to the word " Bay ", yours contains " eBay " so rest assured that they wont allow any development to take place, thus 0 value.

I think you r right cmos , i've find out that there will be no problems if i use that domain for forum especially for ebay members because I'm not harming their business in any way of course if I open online auction site I'll be in problem as you have mentioned
