what you think about monacoflats.com how much would be woth.. and whats the potentional..?

thanks for opinion... but word flat is comon in UK..It depends on what people are looking for.
But I think its more common to use apartments/condos.. I dont know.. we here in Holland use the word "flat" very seldom. I cant give you a amount for whats its worth...
If its being used in the UK, then I advice to get an co.uk in this case. But then.. investigate how many people in the UK are interested in a Flat in Monaco?thanks for opinion... but word flat is comon in UK..

And besides what Kate already stated... you obviously had a deal for this domain? or was it bullsh?
great advice thanks..The best thing to do is offer it to some estate agents that sell Monaco flats. I think what you will find is that their interest is rather limited, as they prefer to use their own unique company names, a generic domain doesn't help them much.
If you can't sell to an agent, then the potential is in developing the site and running adverts. So, you either have to sell to another web developer or do it yourself. Another web developer is unlikely to pay much for the domain, because it's risky.
So, overall, not easy to make a decent sale ... but possible. Alternatively, develop the domain and then sell it when value will be better.
thanks..I think everything has already been said in the two topics about this domain. Good luck
