Need help with a possible TM domain I wanna develop.

Hey guys,
I was gonna develop a site on the name bebovids.com,could i run into legal trouble with this?If i place a statement at the bottom of the page saying its not connected to bebo.com etc etc etc would i still run into trouble?Any input would be greatly appreciated!I own the domain since the 25th of may 06.

Added:I just found a trademark filed in the european union on the 23rd of October but thats for the name bebo only,does this matter?

Yes, you would be in violation of their TM. They could come after you for the domain and sue you for damages.
