Let's say I own the domain bwm.com (I don't).
If I park it at Sedo and want to make any $ with it, then i'd need to use the keyword "BMW" or "Cars" (etc.). That could get me into trouble.
However, if I park it with Domain Sponsor and set the domain to "user optimized", then over time 'popular' categories will automatically come up with terms such as: 'new car', 'bmw', etc.
Question: from a legal defense standpoint, is the second scenario preferable to the first?
