I've been a loyal user of NameSilo for years, but I'm now frustrated with my experience. I recently sold a domain and have been waiting over a week for the payout. After I withdrew the funds via PayPal, I didn’t receive anything after several hours. When I contacted support at [email protected], they informed me that my request was with their Finance Team and that I would receive a response in a couple of hours.
I waited another day and chatted with support again, only to be told to wait a bit longer. Now, I've emailed them again with no response, over a week since my initial request.
How long should I expect to wait? They don't inform me of the status. The buyer even sent a receipt of purchase, so I’m perplexed as to why NameSilo is holding up my payout.
I'm starting to rethink using NameSilo in the future and may transfer my domains elsewhere because of this slow service.
