Usually there is a free push in your administration area at your favourite registrar.

If the buyer does not have an account at your registrar, you have to unlock the domain and send the authorization code to the buyer, so that the buyer can initiate the transfer to his registrar.

thanks constatin,

yeah there is a move services section [same as push for other registratr, I use estdomains/ loving domains] and there is a doamin secret setion, will that be the same as the authorization code?

Right, domain secret is authorization code.

So, if the buyer has an account at your registrar, easier is to push/move.

If they don't have, they must start a transfer.

Be carreful, there are restrictions to start a transfer: the domain should be older than 60 days. If the domain is younger, your registrar will not authorize the transfer (ICANN rules).

And what about pushing domain. Is there 60 days restriction too?
