Need advice.

I was scammed about 3 or 4 months ago.....anyway i trusted him to pay me after he got a month of ad space on my site. His website that he bought ad space for was www (dot) avatarlegend (dot) info......I was wondering if i could still go after him for the money...... it has been a few months so thats why i am unsure.....thx for any help! Very first question is, Is the person you are talking about a member of Namepros?

If yes then you can first of all remove that ads banner from your website.

One question is why did you allowed it to run for whole month when he was not paying up.

Nothing much can be done in this type of scenarios.

The guy will come out with his side of story saying he got 0 hits from the advertising he purchased from your website. He will make 1000 stories with a reason for not paying.

In online business if you want to keep things smooth then you have to make some basic business rules of your own and stick to it. When some problems arises even with that rules then its about time to tune up those rules so next time the same things doesn't happens.
