Need a contact form, free..anyone can help

i just spend the last 2 hours using free tools and none of them work... anyone have a php or a contact form that I can add to my website?

hmm try googling for "Ajax Contact Form" or "PHP Contact Form", you must find good results on the first page only ? :S
