Do you have any other scripting capabilities? Perl/CGI?

From plain HTML, best you can do is set up a "mailto" link. If you need a form you need to upgrade to hosting with scripting support.

If you have a cgi-bin folder, you can run Perl/CGI scripts.

Thank you for your suggestions! I found a site that offers remotely hosted contact forms, www.emailmeform.com . Basically, I paste the html code in my website, and it calls the php script on their server who sends the email.

I would recommend using your own server and scripts so you know what's going on. I think practically every host offers cgi mailing scripts with even the most basic accounts, and there are many free, secure templates available.
