Contact Form Help

When this form is submitted it sends but it then tries to look for the form.php, can someone either fix it or make me a new form that validates the required fields etc $20 via paypal i'll pay for either way please, need this asap..

your missing the form.php file.

I have the form.php this is what sends the mail <form method="POST" action="form.php"> is what i have on my contact page, the form is emailed but i get page cannot be displayed as if its trying to load the form.php

it redirects to /oops.html

nevermind I fixed that problem, it seems to be the validation aspect...
