Hello all,
I am going to explain my current situation so that I can better situate the type of
coders/coding I need...
I have recently had to pull from my PHP/SQL/XHTML/CSS/Whatever company that was doing quality
work for quite some time (2+ Years), for a fantastic price (unreal pricing).
They however knew that more work was coming to them and always kept their
prices down so that I can actually profit. In most cases, I had to also hire a designer
instead of just doing designs myself so they also kept pricing in mind, for that as well.
All design/flash work is done by me, not them.
All SEO/M work is done by me (except for on-site coding (clean) / custom urls, etc)
Examples of their work:
Their work was of high quality. They were performing pretty advanced coding projects such as
administration panels, dynamic content, clean front end coding and optimized coding. All scripts
that they helped with were copyright to my company so they did not use it as portfolio.
All is custom or is working from an original project/script that they created custom from me before.
Prices:
Between 20 dollars to 950 dollars was their typical payout, per project, depending on complexity.
Typical Project Completion Times:
Between 1 hour and 2 1/2 weeks. Never more than those time frames.
1 to 5 projects at a time is typical.
What I need is someone or a team that I can give my maximum budget to, per project.
We can agree on what needs to be done and the work is done as quickly as possible.
I will keep you as busy as I get. I will market according to the amount of work, that can actually be completed. I payout 500 dollars at a time but, as you can tell by this forum and other ratings, I pay promptly, every time, no excuses.
Example of Payout Structure:
Job 1: Maximum Budget $180
Job 2: Maximum Budget $220
Job 3: Maximum Budget $20
Job 4: Maximum Budget $85
Payout of 500 Dollars Awarded via PayPal (or Money Gram):
Left Over: $5 (To be added to next 500)
Again, coding types are per job but, I always stay with:
xHTML/ (CSS/JavaScript External Linking) W3C Valid from PSD ( I have fantastic
people helping with this if you cannot do it)
PHP/SQL Coding - Admin Panels, Dynamic Projects, Scripts, etc.
Any other coding type, I would like reference of but, It's not 100% needed.
I am making it clear that I need a long time and reliable coder/coding team per project. I can never ever go above my maximum budget and though sometimes they may seem real low, other jobs pay good. I don't get paid a lot myself and sometimes, I pay out of pocket for personal projects.
If you can help and be my coder/coder team and can keep within the time frames and budgets, I need you yesterday. I have current projects pending with payouts = 1,800+ dollars. Again, I had to pull because the high latency of the coding team I worked with for 2+ years. They have been unreachable due to personal issues on their ends, for the past 2 months. Projects of theirs has been pending accordingly and clients are mad. They told me that they could not resolve the issues for another 6 months, so I am forced to find someone else : (
Keep in mind, I am a designer/developer myself and can do this myself, if time was not an issue.
