Hello all -
New here to NamePros. Actually, I've been monitoring the site for a while, but this will be my first post.
Here's the deal:
We are a small business that's been around since 2003. Things have gotten pretty busy since then and we need to hire freelancers that know their stuff!
We are looking for highly motivated, dependable web, flash, php gurus who love their work and who can quickly turn it around. If this is you, please let us know. We would love to see your work!
Originally, I had a starting, hourly fee listed. What it should read is that most of it will be based on experience of the person - but expect a short "trial" period to make sure you can handle what we do, deadlines, etc. So now, I'm leaving this open. We're not opposed to hourly rates, per job or monthly fees to the right freelancer(s). If you've got what we need - you will be taken care of.
We are a highly confidential and competitive business and you would need to sign an confidentiality agreement with us. Basically, that means that we deal in some "top secret" projects from time to time, and we need to make sure it stays that way as best as possible.
We do some extensive work - and there is ALWAYS work to do. If you're good and hang around - we'll keep you busy. And there's room for more than just one freelancer most likely.
Here's a few things we're looking for:
- Ability to convert PSD to HTML/CSS fairly quickly.
- Possibly being responsible for adding in content to a site once in HTML/CSS format.
- Some various odd-end flash projects from time to time (making a logo move, text flying in, etc) Possibly some larger items from time to time.
- PHP coding would be a HUGE help at times. Right now, we have several small PHP projects that need to be taken care of, and a couple of larger projects on the horizon.
- Someone who knows CAPTCHA for forms/blogs/forums, etc
- Someone who could possibly intertwine Coppermine, forums, blogs into sites.
- Anyone knowing RSS feeds and how to implement them.
- You may be occasionally asked to take point on a project, meaning doing some rough design layouts for a site. Normally, we would take care of most of that - but there are times when there's more than can be handled at one time.
Thanks in advance. Please PM me for more info or if you have any questions. We have work for the right people today, and even more after that.
