i think RJ might have possible trademark issues with that name..

lets see
champ_rock, if by that you mean somebody has a spurious trademark on NamePros or similar terms AND is planning to go after RJ, they might well want to re-consider!
I'm sure a large number of us are bloggers, some are SEOs and some both.
Would a reputable trademark holder really want to start ranking in the search engines in all the wrong ways?
Even if they don't care about SE reputation management, IMHO they would actually be doing RJ a favor if they go after him/NamePros.
At the end of the process NamePros would end up with so many more inbound links (of the right kind) that most people who type 'domain names' in Google will probably see NamePros among the top 10 listings. If you have looked at PPC prices for that term and related ones, you already know why it's so difficult to get in there for any site that doesn't charge for its main services and therefore cannot afford to saturate the market with link-generating ads. Ads don't always generate links, but spurious attacks against a web savvy community always do.
If by some egregius perversion of justice the other guys win a legal case (since I just can't see them winning a WIPO), I'm sure lots of us will be ready to donate good domains for a pool from which RJ can choose a great new name, and perhaps sell the rest at auction to help with the legal fees.
I would never presume to give RJ legal advice, and my bet is he wouldn't need it if the alleged trademark holders are rational and/or reputable people.
If they aren't,
bring them on!
