Name has value or not, sell or not ?

I am beginner in domain field, as i am reading and watching videos all about domaining from past 15 days. And according to my idea, until we dont list the domain, we never come to know how much it is gonna sell for, some may sell on high price, and some are relatively on low price.

As automatic appraisal also calculate wrong price info about the domain many times.

Great.com sold for $900,000
Autismhope.com sold $8000

but the thing is that how i come to know about its value, that its gonna sold for high price or low, as i have in my list, many names like this but list is keep on growing and growng but i dont know, is they gonna sell good or not.

As i can see the difference between great.com and autismhope.com .

Great.com is grt but
Autismhope is not looking upto the mark as we can see in the marketplace some really silly domains sell for high price, so is there any way we can see that the domain we are holding has value in it or not. and is there a need for this kind of domain in the market or not.

Or until i dont list, i never know its actual price or need. or its all based on LUCK!!!

Bcse mind is constantly finding new domains and i am writing it in a list, but getting confused which will sell , list is growing and growing everyday, so thought to put my views in front of u all.

Autism by itself is probably a big industry. But who in that industry is going to want AutismHope.com? This is not a bad name, inasmuch that parents dealing with autistic children are always hoping for solutions. If this domain was developed to help those parents with their autistic children, it could be quite successful from a users point of view. AutisticChildren.com (reg since 2003) might be a better choice. But the main person interested in AutismHope.com is going to be a struggling parent, who almost certainly does not have big money to spend on an domain name. You might reverse that thinking to a company offering hope to parents. But I think that's a smaller niche.

What I try to do when I'm registering domains, is imagine a company being called this domain, or operating out of this domain name. A google search with " " is a useful tool to see if this is at all a possibility. A couple of pages then probably forget it. 20 pages and more I go looking at the results, and make my decision.

I try to pitch (in my mind) the domain to a business. These are the people who buy domain names and some even have the financial resources to buy a domain. So the domain needs to look and sound commercial. Personally, AutismHope.com fails that test. YMMV.

Of course you should watch the news for possible domain ideas too. But you need to be very quick and lucky.

After you have been in domaining for awhile and sold a few domains even for $$$, you gain experience and confidence to be able to pick good domains that you can ask $$$$ or more.

Also after a time you will realise just because a similar domain sold for 20K for example, it doesn't mean you will be able to sell it for that. It comes down to the seller and how good he/she is as a seller.

so as i am holding this domain ccdapps.com what u think about it, as i have purchased it bcse its based on crypto and blockchain, and after reading this post.

but the thing is that when i search ccdapps on google keyword planner, i cant see any results there about ccdapps, it may be bcse not many people know about this yet. this thing make me confuse, that weather i am holding right gem or not.

i have seen, in many cases that until a domain is not listd for sale, its very difficult to say, weather it sells on good price or not.
No one can say the appraisal value of the domain correctly, as it happens with bitcoin.com in the past. As there was no value of btc in the year 2009 but not it is a gem.

So plz guide me on ccdapps.com

I have no opinion about all these crypto domains. I know nothing about them. When I saw your domain I read it as CCD APPS. So I'd do a google research on what CCD means and should there be any apps needed by them.
