What happens if I reg. a name at Name.com, park the name at Sedo and before the 60 day period is over, I receive an offer I'm willing to accept at Sedo? Can I even make a sale at Sedo before the 60 days is over?

I'm confused about this whole having to wait 60 days thing

As long as you push the domain to the persons Name.com account.

The 60 days thing is for a registar TRANSFER. Basically if you want to bring the name to another registar, i.e. GoDaddy ect., then you would have to wait the 60 days.

Thanks Tivo, but I'm still alittle confused. Doesn't the name have to be pushed to Sedo's registar and then they push it to the buyer's registar of choice?

no because it's not a true escrow and sedo isn't actually a registrar.
