Customer support is excellent, except it is email based, I personally like a ticket system better, so I don't have to wade through my emails. I had a few issues, Auth Code update on an IO, refund, for a regrettable .tel purchase, which they processed fine in a few days, they have grace delete depending on offer and TLD. I even called them on the old fashioned telephone to prefund my account for a promo and they followed up with ticket and got me the answer within a couple hours.
I have transferred many out no issue, but only to myself, renewals are high so I can't see myself keeping many names there, just taking advantage of happy hour and other promos
If they are new domains, they are likely locked by default, correct? And will become unlockable 60 days. I can do bulk actions unlock or individual no issues, all my domains are >60

PS and their Bulk Search is AWESOME, I was using it long before I was a customer, you can search 2000 names then download the results - occasional time outs but likely the most reliable bulk search, so much so I have a keyboard shortcut dedicated to it
