Can't Transfer a .TV at Name.com to Another Name.com Account?

Hello,

A friend registered a .TV domain name at Name.com and wanted to transfer to another Name.com account but he was denied.

This seems strange considering it is within same registrar or is this different for .TV domain?

He said he got this error " Command Failed - Domain was registered in the past 5 days."

Anyone know why? He has contacted support but no response at the moment.

he just got a mail now and they said he should wait for 5 days.
