OK ...
So first of all I see you have over 4000 links to your site from only 95 referring domains and 75 IP's, all acquired since June.... Lots of forum links. From off-topic forums. If I were a search engine algorithm I would look at that and say "hmmmm" - doesn't look very natural to me.
10 years ago that strategy worked pretty well - these days, it can do more harm than good, especially for a brand new site.
Your anchor text is pretty varied, keyword anchors still look high to me, but I don't know what the typical keyword anchor threshold is in that industry. You have quite a few generic and branded anchors ... I'd like to see more branded but that's me ...
The two from Wikipedia are good if they "stick" and don't get deleted -
You have a ton of links from web developer / webmaster / hosting forums. Are web developers interested in flanges? I think not. That won't bring you traffic, and the fact that the site isn't relevant to the topic won't earn you any points with Google.
So basically your link profile isn't something I'd want on my primary site, and most of the links themselves aren't going to drive traffic. Certainly not useful traffic.
Short version - here's what I'd do if you want real "paying customer" traffic:
Who are you trying to reach and where are they? What (web and social media) sites do they use? That's where you need to promote your site. If they're on social, get active there. (You have a twitter page with no tweets, a facebook page with no posts and your linked in link doesn't go anywhere.) Don't know how much of the business is local, but doesn't hurt to have a Google+ page and a listing in Google Mybusiness. Are there "yellow page" directories where you can get citations? (These often rank well.) If there are B2B directories they use, you want to be there, regardless of whether or not you get a live followed / nofollowed link. What content or tool do people in the industry need? Doesn't need to be about flanges, can be about your customers' businesses. Can you build (or pay a developer) something useful to them? Or improve on something that exists? And promote your site by being that site that has that resource? (I see the calculators, but that's pretty generic - you need awesome.)
PS - check your internal links, you have a couple of broken ones, and not all of the links go to the page they say they do.
