My first day

I had my first day of work today. :D

I recently got a job as an Apple Tech Support Agent. Today was my first day of training, kind of sucked having to show up at 4:45 am, but it seems like it'll be a cool job.

Years ago, I called a tech support guy for my Acer computer. After he helped me fix what was an embarrassingly simple problem, I asked if that was the most ignorant call he'd ever had.

He said, "No, one time I had a lady call me and tell me her coffee cup holder was broken and she wanted a new one. 'Coffee cup holder?' he asked her. 'Yes,' she replied, "You know, you press the button on your computer and the place for your coffee cup pops out....."

No lie, the tech support guy said she was completely serious.
