My domain has been stolen

Well, this finally happened to me. To cut it short...
I have/had a high-valued NN.cc domain which was bought 2-3 years ago. I kept it parked worry-free until in this April I received a tempting offer on sedo and just realized it disappeared from my Moniker account forever and was under another person according to whois .
The domain was locked and renewed untill 2014 so it was not dropped at all.
So I contact my Premium Account Manager at Moniker and hope they could help me out.
They opened a ticket and that was the last action they did even though I sent emails and told them that they could easily check the date of this unknown push and compare the stealer's login IP with mine to confirm it was not my action. I told them I have proof that I was still receiving offers from moniker domain marketplace until Mar. 24 this year. I have no replies in this 6 months! AND THE DOMAIN IS STILL UNDER MONIKER' SYSTEM.
I thought moniker is the safest registrar and that's why I put almost all my names with them and never thought things like this would happen.

Any suggestions?

Email me directly with the information pertaining to this issue. I will have it looked into immediately. Moniker has never lost a domain name nor have our systems ever been hacked/names stolen! We are by far the safest/securest registrar in the industry!
