please i want from you help me

i have account on moniker company and i was Snap some domains from SnapNames and that is domains directly going to my account on moniker

and all things is good

but Suddenly in 19 OCT 2012 i see someone change my information in all my domains and changed my email and password to login in account

after that i was connect with moniker support and the support ask me about my passpord and credit card

and i was sent it to him

after that the support told me that by phone

someone was tell him he is buy my account from me !!

and the moniker support will see what the person have

i said ok take your time but i am not sale my account from anyone ! and if i want sale domain i will make transfer not sale my account !!

the support told me give us some time and we will call you

after some time that person was mae transfer all my domains to new registrar

and moniker was stop that ( this info i have it from moniker support )

and after that all information for whois domains was changed to my information but if i want to make recover my password can not recieve any pass

after that i was connect to support and told me we can not help you please go to Lawyer

after that i was connect to some lawyers but because i am in A developing country all lawyer told me we have not any information about that issue

after that i was connect to ICCAN and the iccan connect to moniker after 2 days i was recieve email from someone from moniker

and after he ask me about my passport and personal ID and credit card

he was sent me the Auth Code for all my domains to transfer it from moniker to any new registrar

after that i was make order in goddady to transfer my domains to him

and all things was ready but after that the Moniker was not approval to transfer my domains to goddady

but after that the moniker was change all my whois information to another details

and i see now my domains is change DNS

and some domains have page for sale


please help me

what i can doing ?

I think that moniker is trying to take over my account

It sound more like somebody has gained access to your Moniker account due to lax security measures on your part. You should check you computer for viruses/worms/key-logger. Have you responded to any emails from Moniker recently asking for your username/password? No, I don't think Moniker are trying to take over your account. Are the domains back at Moniker or still at the new Registrar. Who is the new Registrar.

maybe someone hack my computer ok but i send more and more to get my account again from moniker

all domains in moniker registrar to now , not transfer to new registrar , but the quesion now why moniker don`t want give me my account and whois this people using my account now and how he get it ?

but moniker don`t want give me my domains and my account again

and he is agnore all my messeges

i was send to him my passport , personal id , credit card and all my information in account

but he did not send me my account and he was give that account to another one

and he was change the DNS and information details

what i can make now ?

I don't understand this thread at all... I wish there were some clarity, as I have about 100 domains with Moniker and have not had any problems so far...

i dont have experience in domain trading. im also new. but i have experience in stocks and other online tradings. looks like your computer has keylogger or something. did u cleaned your computer for virus after that?

i suggest you not to use this computer to recover your account. if the keylogger still active , then the hacker can see all the messages you are typing right now. did u contact moniker over phone? cos the same hacker can trick u as moniker if its over email. try to deal by phone with moniker. or use other secure computer.

and btw after reading your comments with moniker i see main points missing.
say the main points.(My account got HACKED . please LOCK my account until i gain control, and REVERT all the transfers made by HACKER)

I think you need to get on the phone and speak to somebody. You are obviously not living in US, so call using Skype.

If you are still using eMail, you definitely need to heed the advice of joemaxpayne. You need to get the account locked, so that the hacker, can't go in there and change the records, and can't transfer the domains.

Trading domain is legal. is it even allowed to sell the moniker acc itself? i dont think so. this clearly show the other person is hacker. Keep convince moniker by telling He is "Hacker" you are helping the "Hacker" and tell them to compare the ip address of you and current owner of moniker. give monker the info of ip adress, city, country and whatever information you got during moniker account creation.

If they say the new owner bought your account, you tell them you didn't sell it to them, and you want the account locked pending investigation. If all that fails, I'd give up and chalk it up to experience. If the domains are too valuable to give up, then I'd get a lawyer in your country to write Moniker asking them to lock the account, pending further investigation.

But you should remember this was entirely your own fault (knowingly or un-knowingly).

Is the thief still using your old account or has he pushed them to their own Moniker account? That may account for why they are responding with the "We cannot help you, get a lawyer". It makes it more difficult. It also explains why they are buying the "I bought the domains" response from the thief. You could ask them what evidence did the thief give them that he legitimately bought the domains?

How many domains are involved? How much money have you invested in these domains?

I agree. In addition to dealing with Moniker and Snapnames, the third strike against you is the your lack of a properly-constructed, succinct English language message.

Get a lawyer or other worthy advocate to draft your correspondence.

There is a link between my accounts in the two companies

Thus, any process sniper is in my Snape name account domains are converted automatically to my account in moniker

This happened After logging author you sniper one domain was transferred to my account automatically captured in the moniker

Well a lot of what has been written in this thread I do not understand. But what I do see in Moniker's reply to you is them saying basically it is not our problem... get a lawyer to contact our lawyer.

Now if it is nothing to do with them why would they want your lawyer to contact them?
