.tv My 1st developed .tv - What do you think?

Hi,

I don't post much in this section but it seems like you have a pretty tight group here. This week I put up my first developed .tv site, customer-service.tv and I wanted to know what you all think.

Welcome to the forum... I checked out the site.. and the first things I would try to fix up abit is the ads from google... I would try to integrate them more to your color scheme etc... and your logo... it needs abit more of a professional touch... other then that... looks like your on your way...

Thanks virtuali - yes, I'm not much of a graphics person so I'll do the best I can with it. I'm trying to learn photoshop so that should help. Thanks for the welcome, too.

Looks pretty good to me. Easy on the eye and not cluttered with irrelevant stuff.

That's a great idea. I'm new at this... how can I set it up so they can do that?

well, as a start up site, it would be cheaper to tell them in the instructions to upload to youtube- use their resources- then you can imbed it on your site

Its nice and clean and i agree you may want to blend the adsense ads in more so they dont stand out so much. Also, work on getting more fresh content. You are off to a good start.

I just redid the css for the jobs section but have to fix the second ad unit. It's not an exact match but better than the glaring white that was there before. I also gave some thought to a new logo and I'll work on it when I get some time. Great comments all around, rep points added to everyone who helped so far. Thanks!

on the search box i have to scroll to get to it. can you just limit it to 1 adsense ad.

We really aren't that tight knit around here. We secretly meet one on one on rotating nights and make fun of whoever we were with the night before. Shh, don't tell, but I was hanging with jeff last night, and well, I think he needs a haircut.

Funny!

The top box isn't adsense, and it shows 4 jobs by default. I have to figure out how to change it if it bugs so many people. I hate to pull the actual adsense just yet since this is only the first 24 hours of the site.

I'll keep working on it. Thanks again for the feedback!

Edit: I was able to add a second job search box at the top, this should help.
