Unless your name is Max, then you've got some TM issues to deal with.

There's a reason it was available.

First of all welcome to the .tv cutting edge world and to the sub-forum.
Still time to get refund to stay on the safe side, I guess I wouldn't bet on this risky one when there are still good .tv names and combos available. %%-

Right. It's a TM domain and you will probably never be able to sell it. If you develop it you might get sued or have the domain taken away.

So, unless you have development plans that have nothing to do with Imax, I would give it back.

I like it, sell it to me.

Thanks for all.

I think about the TM issues before go it. And checked other developed sites such as imax.net, imax.info...

There have another 100 ways to develop the domain and make it diferrential and un-related to imax.com :)

And spend $30 is not big money, so would not through it back :)

7. Decision

The Panel finds that the Complainant has shown, as required by Paragraph 4(a) of ICANN Policy, that (i) the domain names "imaximax.com", "imaxworld.com" and "imaxworld.net" are confusingly similar to trademarks in which the Complainant has rights (ii) the Respondent has no rights or legitimate interests in respect of these domain names and (iii) the domain names have been registered and are being used in bad faith. As the distinguishing part of the domain names "imaximax.com", "imaxworld.com" and "imaxworld.net" is the Complainant’s mark "Imax", registered in numerous countries around the world and comprised of a made-up word that is unlikely to be associated with any source other than the Complainant, the Panel decides that the domain name registrations for "imaximax.com", "imaxworld.com" and "imaxworld.net" be transferred to the Complainant.
