Hello good people. I am trying to conceptualize this idea about how domains are valued. I was looking through the top domains section here. As an aside I hope I did not offend anyone with offers. As fate would have it, I came across an older domain. By older I mean it was offered in 2016. It does have age of course as well. Anyways it was a dot com. It is entertain dot com. I am not sure if the guy sold it, pulled it, or is still trying to sell it. He wanted six figures iirc!
Now to the reason for this posting. I have MrEntertain dot com. I do not have any illusions that my domain is as good as his. I also understand Mr does eliminate an entire gender. But what I am trying to understand is if entertain is a XXX,XXX domain where would the MrEntertain be slotted at?
Now this isn't primarily an appraisal thread. I am trying to better understand values. If we take any name . . . Health, Love, Sex, Discover, Power, Entertain, etc!! Well they are awesome. If I put an e or i in front or perhaps a u I am still good. Not as valuable but solid. How does Ms or Mr or Me or To or We, etc affect the value?
Thanks!!
