Owning a .mobi of a non-trademarked term

I own a .mobi which happens to have an equivalent .gov (and .com). The term is not trademarked. I talked to an attorney who said that as long as I am not acting in bad faith (acting as though I have ties to the .gov site, or trying to contact them to sell it), I should have absolutely no problems. Does anyone have any personal experience with this?
