Little help please

So heres the situation, I have a dot com domain name and I am trying to sell it to an end user. They have the dot net and dot org. So theres no reason why they wouldnt want the dot com. The problem is, the whole site is in Arabic. The email however is in english. I contacted them, but no respond.

What you guys think?

If it's just a blog, I think they are happy with .net and .org.

Exactly, it's just a blog and they most likely aren't making real money out of it. Even if you ask only $100 they would still think there's no particular benefit to them.
A business might pay for a better domain but most still don't get it. It's quite hard to sell domains to end users, because few really understand the power of a good domain.
