Most profitable domain extensions?

Who do you consider the top 3 most profitable after .com, when considering reg./renew cost + time spent to find good names?

I guess .net has good sales, however it harder to find good names. .io is not that crowded, but has high reg/renew costs, and future is more uncertain I guess.

What do you think? what extensions are the top 3 ?
