The other day I was working on my Domain addiction, errrr I mean I was working hard on the computer and I noticed my Girlfriend was on her laptop listening to what seems to be instructional videos... So it peaks my interest and I see she is indeed watching a how-to-video on make up! I have been encouraging her to start a career as a makeup artist and hairstylist. I can hire her for jobs as I am a photographer. I realize there are sites like youtube with an infinite selection of videos and there are also sites like www.expertvillage.com, but there is also another option now: www.videojug.com I am so excited about developing some .TVs now! There are literally so many video sites to chose from its amazing! Hmmm now how do I add rep points to my girlfriend?

I checked out their TOS and this is what it says about usage of their website..I am very confused...

You agree that any use by You of the VideoJug Site shall be in accordance with the following conditions:
You will not copy, download, reproduce, republish, frame, broadcast, transmit in any manner whatsoever, any material on the VideoJug Site except as is strictly necessary for Your own personal non-commercial home use unless otherwise agreed in writing with VideoJug.


And yet they also say in their FAQ section - Can I put VideoJug videos on my website?

Yes. Our embedded player is an easy way to put our videos on your website or blog. Simply go to the video of your choice and click the 'Embed' tab which is located under the video player. Then copy the HTML code.

Is there something I am not getting.....?????

James, when you embed the link, the video still stays on their server. So they are able to manipulate the video in any way they want. They can insert an ad or leave a link to their site at the end of the video. There is no downloading involved.

On a side note, there are many sites I saw that will allow you to embed or download for personal use, but not download and upload to own website.
