Moniker Support slow?

I submitted a support request to Moniker on Weds and still haven't heard anything back yet. Does anyone know what the typical turn around time is from previous experience?

This gives me more reason to continue transferring my domains away from them.

Between very slow and awfully slow. I don't know what happened to them over the years but it seems they either just put customer service on the back burner or they don't have the staff to answer the amount of problems they are having. You're going to have to be proactive to get their attention.

...time is money and if you are wasting time with Moniker you are more than likely wasting money as well...there are better places to go to. I would suggest anyone involved to use them...

I posted another reply on the support request and someone finally resoloved my issue shorty after!

I normally don't need anything from them but when I have to contact them it seems like you play the waiting game. What I needed this time wasn't urgent but what if you needed something urgent and couldn't wait. I suppose in that case you would just call them :O

So Monikers exceptional customer service followed up to an original inquiry I placed on the 11th of this month today. 8 day lapse and they just now managed to send me a reply. It's no wonder people have been moving away from them. What happened to this company did they just finally give up?

We just hired a group of new Client service reps, added new support features analysis tools, and will be bring on a very experienced director. of client services ASAP. These changes may have caused a temporary backlog, however I can assure you, we are making a major commitment to customer service here at Moniker and Snapnames and I expect these delays will be cleared up this week.
